+HideousTelecast well for us you can blame the Prohibition act it pretty much a ban on alcohol here and while it was lifted it still is kind of here in the form of laws but are way less strict

Ummm, I'm not exactly 100% positive on all the laws regarding alcohol and they can differ from state to state but I believe where I live you can't have a visible open (alcoholic) container out in public. There's also public intoxication (if youre disrupting other people), DUI, and many others. But I just look at it as, the law wouldn't exist if some idiot didn't create a reason for it to.

You might not see it around these days. Security Forces might have a temporary holding cell but at least from my experience they are locked up off base for pre-trial confinement. I escorted an inmate about 2 years ago and we had to go get him off base when he had appointments on base. Once after the trial was over he was transferred to Miramar because he still had time to serve.

Say a reporting statement, followed by: "Sir, Flight _ Dorm _ is prepared to enter the dining facility from the _ side. 4. You will be told to bring the flight in. You repeat what he says. "Bring the flight in, yes sir, thank you sir."5. Go outside.6. Stand infront of your flight, assume the position of attention, and give the command "Flight _ Dorm _ at my command! Flight _ Prepare to enter the Dining Facility from the _ side."7. Your flight will respond by yelling "PROCEEDING SIR"8. You will say "All key personnel Fall out and Fall in followed by the fourth element!"9. Your flight will say "PROCEEDING SIR."10. About 5 people (water monitors and guidon bearer) will leave their positions in the flight and run infront of the fourth element (the line furthest to the right). They will then enter the dining facility, followed by the fourth element.11. Go inside.12. Wait to be addressed by the snake pit MTI. 13. Center yourself, give a reporting statement, and say "Sir, Flight _ Dorm _ has entered the Dining Facility from the _ side"14. He will say, "sit, eat, and get out." or something along those lines. It can change with however the MTI feels.15. Repeat him. "Sit, eat and get out. Yes sir, thank you sir."16. Stand infront of the tables, relieve the chow runner of the past flight, and take your post. You will assume the variated position of parade rest. You will then seat your trainees by telling them "front sir" or "back sir" to direct them to their appropriate seat.17. Wait to be relieved by the next Chow Runner.18. Go eat for yourself
