Very Good Info Anwuli! Many things the Japanese and Chinese are doing look
great at the outset, but African's have to police their sacred boundries.
One thing dominates my thoughs whenever I hear developments like this. Like
a traveling Gold Merchant full of treasures beyond your imagination, Africa
has and will continue to be courted by those who smile, but are only
interested in resources and the wealth it will bring for them while never
meaning to bring much benefit to African societies. The historical record
has spoken loudly on this. An African Reniassance will only be raised by
African Minds. It remains to be seen who will come to Africa to deal fairly
and not decieve, and violate these sacred boundaries of African societies.
As for African people, we are naturally hospitable and welcoming until we
realize we are at War. Many have died fighting because they clearly saw
past the 'Fake' good will to the true motives of invaders and colonizers
long before the invasions or colonial movements. Queen Nzinga (Angola), Yaa
Asentewa (Ghana), Thomas Sankara (burkina faso), Quame Nkrumah (Ghana),
Empress Taisu (Ethiopia) and many others. It would be a great benefit for
Africa's leaders to Unapologetically Recapture that role of wise guardians
and keepers of the Earth's richest land. Many smiling vultures have come
there over the centuries, bearing gifts, and bearing new religions (culture
and root killers) when they are only interested in whats under your feet or
what riches you have. Never any intent to save someones souls, these people
only brough bloodshed and darkeness. Many nations only want us out of the
way because Africa's land is still RICH. Japan and China can be a very good
presence, and I love Japanese people like everyone, but African nations
have to play an active roll in how business is done in Africa and not
assume everyone is operating on good will. This is how our ancestors who
were once VERY independent got into plenty plenty plenty trouble . . . .
