Shouldn't you be out yelling at some kids to get off of your lawn? Most college students drink, she doesn't deserve anything more that having to deal with a nasty hangover the next morning. There's a chance she might lose limbs, and your biggest concern is that 19 year olds drink? If 18 year olds are allowed to make the decision to do something as life changing as joining the military, it's a bit hypocritical to say they can't drink. I only got drunk once while I was underaged, but I wasn't a partier, and I'm not so unrealistic as to expect a college students to never drink. It's definitely a bigger deal for friends not to look out for each other when they're drinking, especially in what could easily be a life threatening situation.
