I have the same energy as you and I prefer doing it barefoot too... I have
tried doing the insanity for the past year and never succeed to get past
the 3rd week... Now, just beginning my fourth week and I gotta say that I
know results will be shown later on, but damn it I have not seen any
difference, whether its my measures, weight, body... The only thing that
got improved is my fit test... I wonder if my beachbody insanity would ever
work on me =( any tips???
@igore89 yea me too..today(8/16/2010 will make day 3 for me and i do it
bare foot cause me feet start to hurt after like 5min.i think i may need to
buy some more flatter athletic shoes because the ones that hurt my feet
have an arch in them.im a dancer so it feels natural barefooted anyway but
when it comes to the floor exercises(i have wood flooring)..just cant grip
with all that sweat on the floor...its INSANE!!!..lol
@ecwest923 I go back and fourth with shoes. After years and years of
working out, I've yet to have any feet issues. On the flooring I'm on
barefoot feels far more natural than having shoes on, so I actually hold my
body in a more natural way. Now when I'm teaching at the gym, I wear shoes.
I pick and choose what feels best for me and its working.
Thanks to everyone who keeps watching this. I haven't done Insanity for
awhile now, but each time I want a killer workout, I always put a Insanity
vid in. ITs the perfect workout to supplement any workout program. I still
love it! If def keeps me coming back for more. It also helps me to stay in
shape and teach TurboKick much easier!
Haha yeah I remember at the end of 1 of the workouts of the 1st month he
said that shit is bananas yo lol... I start Month 2 next week. Got delayed
a week cause I hurt my ankles so no way I could work without shoes... The
workout is insane... Great name. Question is How bad do I want it? haha. I

Fitness chick to another, you was working it out girl! You are awesome. I'm
puffing and blowing just watching YOU! I like working barefoot too, it
incorporates more of your muscles because shoes stabilize and cushion the
impact. Question- do you need to purchase any extra equipment besides the
tapes?

great job but please wear some shoes... It's really good to stabilize and
cushion your joints to prevent injuries like ankle sprains, fallen arches,
tendonitis that will eventually happen working out like this not wearing
shoes.
Curious, I'm about to start Month 2 of Insanity. Do you think you shed more
fat the 2nd month? I felt like I'm just gaining muscle the first month,
even though I was dripping sweat after every workout! AWESOME JOB!!
@armykid1983 Absolutely. I still have to stop when I'm doing these
workouts. Its important to listen to your body and know when to take breaks
and when to push yourself. Way to go for doing insanity! Thats awesome!
Something like that, even if you GAIN weight you know it is muscle. And
would that really be a problem? I ain't go0nna lie, tho I am not in bad
shape there ain't no way I could keep up with something like that.
Yeah, I know what you're going through... I start Month 2 next week. Got

@krispysua With the program you have to eat clean..I'm midway through the
second month. First 2 weeeks didnt lose anything. changed my diet and then
i started sheading pounds..lost about 14 in a month.
u did rele good!!! im doing insanity right now its my first week but i was
wondering if you are supposed do the same workouts over and over again
until ur finished cause i just got the basic package
oh man! what have i done!?? im getting nerveous just 4 watching you!! jaja

LOL! Everybody always makes fun of me for not wearing shoes! :) I actually
feel like I'm in more control and its easier for me without shoes! Im a

@ecwest923 You know why I dont wear shoes is because the weight.I dont want
any wait on my body at all.But you are right though. My foot as been
hurting and I got blisters.

I love a barefoot workout. I agree with you. I was inspired by your W/O so
I grabbed Plyo cardio circuit and did it barefoot today. lol I love that
one.
My gym offers these Insanity classes twice a week. I go to both of them and
it kicks my ass every time. It's very addictive for me. I always come back
for more. I have lost 40 pounds.

There's been a tragic case here in the UK of a 6 year old girl choking to
death on a grape,so desperately sad. I stopped cutting up my sons fruit and
veg a couple of years ago but I've started slicing grapes,cherry tomatoes
and olives in half again. It may seem over cautious but it's a caution I
think is worth taking. Just wanted to share this story.
+helen dean I am the same and I always make sure the grapes are cut from top to bottom because through the middle makes them the same size as their airway :)
