My brother had one back in the late 80's, great fun £350 is a decent price...restore it and up the price or just keep it for fun

+ArcturanMegadonkey i had a look at a c5 restoration video, theres a fair ammount of electrics and this one does have its electrics disconnected for some reason, outside of my comfort zone to be taking it on, havent got the space for a start to even put it somewhere

they used to make these just up the road by me, in pentrebach. sadly the whole factory is shut down and hoover doesn't exist in merthyr. goodbye to 1700 jobs.

+TheJeremyevans same here mate, there used to be a big plant in Bodelwyddan, all gone now and a lot of jobs gone, going to be steel soon maybe, harsh times ahead for some....were in Wales....used to hard times

+Roger Lanchbury i had a look on ebay, top tip, if you go to advanced search on ebay you can see how much theyve actually sold for, £100 for one in bits with total restoration needed, £700 for a mint condition, this is a bit high as its a non runner

+Kevin Green chuck a brushless motor in it and some lipos and it wouldnt be half bad, there should be a safety aerial with a small flag but unfortunately its missing :)
