Engine Runs on Water!
new technology that allows a engine to run off water. This is real.
There might be a reason why someone hasn't done this until now. Possibly because it doesn't work in an engine. And some nut job who thinks he knows a little bit about physics thinks he's cracked it! Really annoys me.
+Michael Reilly Wow. Steve Jobs can steal ideas.Martin Cooper invented the cellular phone in 1973.Lithium-ion batteries have been around since the 20th century.Wow. Howard Hughes can steal ideas. The Wright Brothers invented the airplane in 1903.Air travel has been around since the 18th century.lmao this guy needs to learn the difference between ideas and execution.
NO! you just said it runs on electricity and water! We need to get the
electricity from somewhere! coal, oil, natural gas, etc.....
7 years later what has happened to this?
They guy in the video states that it takes electricity to create the Oxyhydrogen. So does it take more electric energy to create the energy being burnt in the HHO? Most likely it does.
I didn't do much research, just "Water Powered Vehicles" page on wikipedia. I was just updating you on the status of Dennis Klein. Apparently the real name for HHO gas is Oxyhydrogen, and it is simply a mixture of H2 and O2 gases. The concept of magnecules and what not is also generally considered to be fringe science or fraudulent in nature. Believe what you want to though.
I see you've done your research on this. Do you have a link to your source - I would like to read more.It is obviously not purely run on water, but the point is that water becomes a highly efficient portable fuel with this technology. Cars in the future could use solar panels to split water into HHO gas whilst not driving.
"In 2002, the firm Hydrogen Technology Applications patented an electrolyser design and trademarked the term "Aquygen" to refer to the hydrogen oxygen gas mixture produced by the device.[16][17][18] Originally developed as an alternative to oxyacetylene welding, the company claimed to be able to run a vehicle exclusively on water, via the production of "Aquygen", and invoked an unproven state of matter called "magnegases" and a discredited theory about magnecules to explain their results.[19] Company founder Dennis Klein claimed to be in negotiations with a major US auto manufacturer and that the US government wanted to produce Hummers that used his technology.[20]At present, the company no longer claims it can run a car exclusively on water, and is instead marketing "Aquygen" production as a technique to increase fuel efficiency,[21] thus making it Hydrogen fuel enhancement rather than a water-fuelled car."
I've not sat down and done the math, but it is possible that the separation of H20 into HHO gas still leaves chemical potential to be released to provide combustion. The entropy of the water increasing at each stage in the production and combustion means that the laws of thermodynamics are not violated.
