Custom Japanese Car
Check out our channel for hundreds more Japan videos!
concerning the look of the car you car barely modify it with bodykits(for
example the rims are not allowed to stand further out than the body kit
does).spinners are not allowed, darkened windows are not allowed to a
certain degree, certain headlamps are not allowed.you cant put LED´s outside
the car and inside the car in certain spots like the dash, bottom lighting
is prohibited..everything has to be blessed by the so called "TÜV". either
that or you´re on the road with an illegaly modified car
Nothing like stalking people to make a youtube video. Do these people ever
stop and ask why you are following them? If they do I am sure they are very
polite about it, as is my experience Japanese people are some of the
politest people there are (on average, broad generalization). Anyway just
curious, and the awkwardness of the situation is kind of funny if you think
about it.
Have you done any videos on street racing, or performance oriented car
modifications? My understanding, from afar, is that the street racing
culture that was big in the 90's has mostly dried up. Initial D type
downhill, or freeway racing is largely out of fashion. Is that the case, or
do the hashiriya still gather regularly?
Stagea's are awesome! I think that I've seen 2 of them here in Sweden, both
were WC34's, or the older model. I'm not a big fan of the mods shown in the
video though (big chrome rims and lights everywhere)... Anyway, it was an
interesting video indeed, automotive-related videos are always more than
welcome in my book! :D
Lighted door handles are actually a good idea (where's that keyhole!) TV
screens on the back of the rear headrests are pure conspicuous consumption,
but that's what this car is all about! Glad to see this didn't make it to
the "Crashing Your Car While Taking Video Of A Cool Car Playlist" LOL!
LOL! I'm stuck in the 90s! (1998 Dodge Stratus) My wife's 07 Kia Sportage
still uses a key, but it's not a high end model. You're right though, seems
like most new cars are keyless. Trading in the Dodge soon for something
newer, more fun, and probably keyless!
concidering how cheap it can be to mod cars their ( obviously the more you
do yourself = the cheaper it is ) its no wonder when the world was in boom
they exported everywhere now its in decline their buying them all back for
next to nothing. crafty folks eh ?
Yeah, well where do u stand in a traffic accident? "oh I ran into him
because his TV was distracting me" would that be a legitimate excuse (for
the back TV). And because he has one above the driver - well I wouldn't be
traveling in his car.
i saw a video where a chick drove the wrong way NEXT to the police station
and the cop stopped her and told her "your driving on the wrong way", she
apologized and left and everything was normal like nothing happened...This
blew my mind!!!
Wont that TV distract the driver behind them? As for Californian laws, I
don't think pimping out your car like that violates any laws, as long as
those tv/lights stuff doesn't block the driver's view of a window (I maybe
wrong).
I don't think someone has to be so much a car enthusiast to do this. Just
people who like flashy things. I like to look at it as an inoffensive
exhibitionism. If I had the funds, oh yeah, I would do something like this.
as far as i know the car can be as low as it wants to be but there are
other regulations(for example the space between tires and the chasis). the
number plate for example has to be in a certain height over the ground.
Of all the mods one can do to their cars, adding lights like that is the
COOLEST!! I see neon on the undercarriage now and then where I am and I
LOVE it! That car was awesome, thanks for showing it to us. :)
