Alot of TVs use the same UI now branded and unbranded I noticed, remote codes too, trouble is mine has it to and always says Standby cause no signal' when left alone and the computer sleeps and then turned on but don't press ok straight away or the freeview tuner will appear to cause maximum frustration hehe! Also forgets it's sharpness setting grrr! Other than that she has a lovely SCART socket but can't use RGB or the picture from my Megadrive is purple!!!!!

Hi i have a tecnika tv whuich was working a few minutes ago perfectly. I turned it off by accident with the remote control and turned it back on but only the standby blue light came on. If you turn it off and on from the main power supply or the remote. The blue light vanishes and then comes back but the tv is actually not still coming on. So im constantly stuck in standby. Do you by any chance have any idea whats wrong.

..you do know that 'hd ready' isn't the same as 'full hd 1080p' ???,,its the new fangled terminology too distinguish tv's which are or aren't high def.The former describes a tv which can only tackle 780p.,confusing innit.(as 780p in some quarters is described as high def you see)...

Hey I just brought this telly I just tried to watch a DVD and the DVD player is not working? I can put the disk in the slot but I have to force it in? I haven't actually put the disk in incase i can't get the disk out? Can you help :/ xx

Recently bought this for 117 from Tesco, used a money card and got it for 72 quid. I have freesat going through scart and hoped I would be able to use the PVR for recording that, as far as I can see, this is not an option?

i'm thinking of buying this tv for my room, its mainly gonna be used with my ps3 for gaming, and i may use the pvr to upload gameplay onto youtube what do you think, can you tell how you feel about this?

Unfortunately you wont be able to as the tv will only allow you to record what is on freeview, they say due to copyright. There is however a newer version tv out with some smart tv service and led.

Ive got the same tv,its really good graphics for gaming compared to my 42 inch one and its a beast and really cheap and can handle a lot of fps ":_)
