Stereotypically it's the white person who is sheltered because of their long history in a first world country appeased to other races where they could be born somewhere else themselves or their parents.

"Equal Opportunity" is creating a separation in America where employers are no longer for the best person, but instead the best black or brown person. So "equal opportunity" itself is racist. Being a white male in society nowadays would not allow you to have privileges a colored person would have. (Provided they were both set in the same job/school and had similar skills/GPA) a job/school would most likely choose the coloured person due to the demand to diversify the population of workers/college students And my bad if this doesn't make a lot of sense I'm just speaking my mind and don't bother to look over it
