2013 VW GTI Manzo Cat back Exhaust

Purchased the turbo-back Manzo Stainless steel exhaust off ebay for 395$. Arrived in 4 or 5 days. Only other mod on the car is APR Carbonio Intake.

I got the same exhaust and downpipe installed!! it has a higher pitch sound with the downpipe and has louder pops but it smells, maybe it's because I only had it on for like a week.

Yeah any new exhaust has a coating that has to burn off so it will smell for approx 250 miles then it will clear off. Enjoy!

Did you have to get an adaptor to attach to the stock down pipe? I have one of these en route, how's it holding up?

+futbolpunk yeah I'll put a video together for you. Absolutely in love with the system. Installed strictly as a cat back. Easiest exhaust I've ever installed and I've done quite a few. I'll try to put together a video tonight or tomorrow morning

I'm very interested in getting one of these, and your two vids are the only sound clips I could find anywhere! Thanks for them! +Brian Jensen . Nope! Bolted up instantly, no adapters needed. I've done a catback on every vehicle I've owned and this was the easiest and fastest install I've ever done. The only thing I will say is make sure you go back and retighten the exhaust tips! I did end up losing one on my way home from work and had to order weld on Magna-Flow tips... I put this system on with 20k on the car and its been an additional 14k miles and there isnt a speck of rust.. Phenomenal system

Not a single problem so far. This is my daily driver so it sees all the weather. Underneath not a single spot yet. I couldn't ask more from this system

Ok great and thanks for the info.. How is the stainless holding up? I know there is another cheap ebay cat back and after a few months the stainless gets alot of rust spots. Foreign countries have cheap stainless that is mixed with other metals. How is this holding up?

It did come with the DP, I did not install this as this would trip the O2 sensor into the check engine light. I was going for the sound more than performance. Fitment was perfect. Ive installed a cat back on my 86 Trans Am, my 96 VW golf GL, my 2007 Silverado and now this 2013 GTI and this was the easiest. (May have helped the vehicle was so new and with only 19k miles) I would suggest this system for everyone!
