Note the "Transport America" truck after the blast. Before the blast, the signal turned red and that truck pulled up just at the wrong time for several spectators to the right of the camera. It completely blocked their view and the missed the whole event! Yelling and boos could be heard as the truck stopped at the signal. There was a mad dash to change viewing location, but for some it was too late. They missed it.
