Why it that Democrats and Liberals are the only groups who think only their opinions should be voiced?! William F. @antistupidity84 The bill of rights also applies to this man as well. In many states, business owners are legally allowed to refuse service to anyone. Just because he says something that upsets you doesn't forfeit his right to say it. Get over yourself kid. If he wants to limit his income by excluding a large portion of our population then that is his choice. @Terrance2786 Well you do have the freedom of speech to express your opinion. My buddies and I who so honorably served this great country in the Armed Forces fought and shed our blood to protect your rights. Right or wrong the wars were taken to them so we would not end up fighting them in war on our soil. I have three Purple Hearts and a military career that was ended 8 1/2 years into it from bullet wounds and shrapnel we took by radical Muslims. So I feel that you are the dumbass here.

$100 would be a bit pricey for this in the North Texas market but he's in San Antonio so I guess that's a question for y 'all in South Texas. As to the Texas DPS quote @Squarerootofkitty, I'd rather not try to defend that in terms of the First Amendment. A CHL instructor is licensed by the state but is most definitely not an employee or agent of the state. This would amount to a priori restriction of speech that could be applied to anyone licensed by the state --- most certainly lawyers.
