Why do those front grills look better than the 2016 xlts I have looked at? Those have wide 3 rib grill and the ones I have looked at have multiple thin rib grills.

+Sam Ford Agreed! The 3 rib grille is better looking. A basic XLT 300a or 301a package will have the grille you see in the video. A 302a package has the multiple thin bars (Ford calls those multiple thin bars the "billet style grille"). You also need to avoid the XTR and Sport packages. Not only are the lower trim packages cheaper, but in some ways they are better looking.
