+Omgwtflmaololrotfl My bud has a 550hp turbo busa with nitrous, extended swing arm and wheelie bars and he runs 7.6 @190mph. Another guy I know has a GSX-R 1000 with the same set up and runs 7.3@186mph. Why do people do anything? Because they want to. If they wanted to make a handling bike, they would have. Don't bash someone else's interests because you don't agree with them. It's a cheap way to go fast. If speed and insane acceleration is your thing then that's the path to go.

dont get me wrong i love the Busa....would i buy one now or any of the 1000 now...my answer is No. I dont have the reflexes i had lets say 10 years ago. I love my Honda NC750X DCT maybe my next bike will be the Honda Cross Tourrer 1200 but that is a big maybe. My wife does not enjoy riding bike its just me and my 750 does the job perfectly. I have had a superbike and it was nice but i have out grown superbikes. Anyway lets not rev each other up about a youtube video. I think my comment might have been taken as i dont like a busa and i love all bikes. These days every bike is well made.

thats just the man's point and mine its a crap bike. why would i want a 600hp bike just for drags....when i can buy a R1, CBR, GSXR, 1000RR or a H2 and still go super fast and take corners.....you can only drag with a drag bike thats it...but you can drag with a street bike and do track.....

The Gixxers are cheaper too. I'm about to get an R1/another gsxr 1000. For £8000 I can either get a 2012 (L2 model) Gixxer with about 1000 miles on the clock or a 2010/2011 with 2000-4000 miles on the clock. Suzuki has never been able to make a nice looking exhaust and this is their downfall. When it comes to the litre class, none of us are going to notice any real difference in power so it's all about looks/what feels better

@eduardoorozco86 i was thinking about a 250 but then i said to myself what if i out grow it and who the hell is gonna wanna buy a 250..... so i might a 600 gsxr or zx6r, bust my ass a couple of times and get used to it from there. plus im not trying to do anything to risk my life ( i say this now) lol.

My friend and I both got our licenses when we turned 18 and both got GSXR600's for our first bike, 10 years later neither of us has been in a wreck or got a ticket. It all depends on your ability and mostly common sense. Yeah you can get mid triple digits in a heart beat, but know when to do it.

I bought it on ebay for lik 50 dollars or something like that. and yes I had to cut the plastic that hold the license plate, but it comes with another plastic to cover it so it looks very clean, you cant tell at all. it also come with the LED light hidden on the side, it looks great.

@bajapanties515 I personaly started with a ninja 250 but in three months I sold it and bought my gsxr. I think is a great first bike. I love it I am thinking of getting the 750 soon.
