As good as Brooke was, I feel like if Kelsie didn't have that "I just lost"
look on her face, she would have had a better chance.. Don't get me wrong,
they're both great and I'm not saying one is better than the other vocally,
but Kelsie just looked like she wanted to walk off the stage and give up...
that didn't help much I'm sure :/ she just looked kind of pissed off that
brooke was doing well, to be honest..
+Lindsay Hoffmeister I haven't watched Kelsie's performance since it first aired, but I agree. I was rooting for her after she made it through in the blinds, but I knew when she did her performance she wouldn't make it through. I think she knew it too. She was crying when she was eliminated so she couldn't mask it as well as others with more experience could when they were eliminated.
So glad Blake chose her over Kelsie. Goes to show to people that he isn't
as biased towards country as people think him to be. He really cares for
nurturing young people's talent and that makes him a fab coach.
Uh, Blake definitely inclines to country artists, not that that's a bad thing at all. No coach in their right mind would pick Kelsie's performance over this, that was the worst performance of the season so far.
+TheWorldNeedsLove yeah but only like the top 3 or so have gone anywhere on the voice. You don't really hear anyone outside of that make it to radio. Which sucks cause I think Brooke would be wildly successful in the music industry. She has the unique tone in her voice, and she has a nice look to her that doesn't come of too slutty like most younger female singers nowadays
+Tim Torok lol, I never said Blake was a genius.. but I still believe he is an amazing coach/genuine person.. (it can't be easy being in his position when selecting talent at this stage.. he only had 5 left on his team and had to make it 3... hundreds and thousands of individuals try to make it on NBC The Voice and very few make it.. so for anyone of them to make TOP 20 is an accomplishment.. I wish Brooke would have gone the distance on the Voice as I believe in her musical potential.. pretty sure she will make it on her own.. NBC The Voice is a great platform for any of the contestants to gain a fan base.. We need to support her as Fans now!!! <3
+TheWorldNeedsLove still think Blake is a genius? Letting her go home was dumb and letting Ryan Maloney go home last season was the dumbest desicion I've seen a coach make
+Bailey Terry if so, who cares! The whole world will now been introduced to Brooke Adee.. and she has want it takes to go the distance on her own, if she chooses to do that! Brookes Voice is amazing and with a Unique sound... she has so much potential already at this age.. We love her and wish her all the BEST in all of her future endeavors!! She has star quality on The Voice or off.. the world is her oyster!!! have a wonderful weekend Bailey.. :)
+TheWorldNeedsLove LOL Totally agreed. I love the way he is handling this season. He is a real smart guy and genuine and humble. Proud to be #TeamBlake always
+Simpleton User LOL... Blake is really smart, and down plays it (which is really smart, too!) Brooke was smart to choose him.. He truly is an amazing coach/genuine person.. Go Team Blake
