I enjoy your videos. You guys definitely know what your talking about.Could
you guys please make a future video on the whole shoulder packing thing
when rowing or doing pull ups. I tried to keep my scaps down and back and
then do rows or pull ups but every time I do I find that I have severe pain
in my shoulders but when I stop trying to pack my shoulders and just go to
a complete dead hang in the pull up and a complete strong retraction at the
top I have no pain ever in my shoulders. Please give your thoughts on this.
