I have been wrong more than a couple of times in my life. I didn't check my
wire, but I bought another roll cause I was pretty sure I was getting low,
so at least I will have it if I do run out.
ut oh! I had my suspicions when you were patching holes and welding up
cracks.. but then I heard you say that awful word "BONDO"! "sigh"
well......I know what comes after that. "sigh" haha
You always make light of when you repair bodywork like dealing with issues
of dents but I find it a nightmare personally as I am never happy with the
result.
That was a quick go through the Holidays! I hope they went well for you and
Family. Sounds that way. I was wondering when you showed the patchwork to
the truck cab if you were going to pull the back window out and see if
there's any rot or prevent the window seal from leaks. My1960 Ford F350
leaked through that rear seal and rotted the floor behind the gas tank.
Have a great New Year and We look forward to 2016 videos!!!
Nice progress on that floorboard. Progress on "Fords" seems to be a bit
slower than on Chevy's. I come to that conclusion based on "an-act-dotal"
evidence gained from projects in Wisconsin, South Carolina, and here in
California. We won't discuss the difference in "focus" that is applied to
projects, house, family, Etc, Etc. ;o) Once D U N/done, however, the Fords
seem to be "worth the time and effort" though.
Happy New Year to the "Hevyshevy" crew!!
Join me again as I add another patch panel to my 1930 Ford Model A Cowl. This one is not pre-made and required more modification than my previous patch ...
Repairing Garage Door Winding Torsion Springs
Even though we'll be replacing the garage door eventually, we thought we'd try to patch it up for now. Jordan added some metal bracing to make it stronger.
Be careful with those springs, one place i used to work at the warehouse
manager was trying to fix it while on a ladder and took his index finger
clean off in the blink of a eye. It bounced off the fro of the guy who was
helping him below (he looked like hide from that 70's show).
our garage door has new springs about over a year ago the spring snap and
it was one spring so they had to put two on for the new ones you should put
an opener on it Great video
I've got the same mechanical door & about 15 years ago I made the mistake
of trying adjust the springs to add more tension to the door to make it
lighter n easier to lift & not knowing fully what I was doing, with the
door down, I loosed the 3 bolts on one of the springs without sticking a
rod in the hole kinda fucked it up... I was 14 at the time... yeah, my dad
wasn't thrilled..... but I didn't do any damage to the door, & I'm still
here to tell about it :P
door's still kinda flexy, i'd probably poop every time i was under it. i
wonder if the motorized stingray project was inspired by a certain
neighbor's trike.
If I keep that door on there for a while, I really need to take the metal off that Jordan put on there and add a metal brace that goes all the way across each section of the door. George, TheShadeTreeFixitMan, told me that they sell garage door stiffeners for that purpose. I'm sure Ethan's trike has a bit to do with it. Jordan has been helping him fix it up a little. They added a kill switch, improved the throttle cable, etc.
+RamblinAroundRather that spending a crazy amount of money for a new door. You certainly can make that one work I am sure. I always enjoy your videos Jeff and particularly enjoy seeing father and son working together, even if Jordan is just the supervisor...LOL
I'll have to check into those. Maybe I could add the stiffeners, replace the couple of missing foam panels, and it would be good for a while. Thanks for watching George.
I installed a lot of garage doors over the years and never felt comfortable
with this style, even after having done dozens of them. This is becoming
the most common style. There are some brands that actually have a winder
built into the end of the tension spring that you set using a battery
powered drill, which is much safer and easier too. Glad you got it done.
Without the garage door opener on it, it will not stay above the header.
Phew!!!
Good job on the door repair... Thanks for adding the safety tips and
painting the line on the spring The..." Chainsaw Chopper"..looks like a
fun project

Catalinbread Topanga Spring Reverb (demo)
My demo of the Catalinbread Topanga Spring Reverb! Guitar: Fender American Vintage '62 Jazzmaster Amp: Tone King 20th Anv. Imperial Cables: Toaster ...
Can't figure it out - how do you achieve that hi-quality sound when
recording? Wildwood guitars also with Tone king Imperial don't even get
close. Is that just good cables or some secret mic preamp?
+MrGutsy55 I think the sound in Wildwood videos is really good, but I think they use more room than I use. I usually never use any room at all. Most times I go with a SM57 close miced, into a RME Babyface interface. Sometimes I use a Torpedo Live instead of a mic, and I'm able to get very similar tones since there is a Tone King cab preset in the Torpedo.
+Max Mortimer Yeah, wish I was able to reach more people!

Inside the new Gucci color collection look for Spring Summer 2016. Inspired by the whimsical flowers in Gucci fashion shows, eyes are defined with a soft mauve ...
Ug. Finally. This race has a half life of 2 laps. In other words if you
drive 192 starts, you'll get to lap 2 only 96 of those times. You'll get to
lap 4 only 48 times. 6, 24x. 8, 12x. This means in 192 starts you'll get to
finish lap 10 (not in last) only 6 times. Since the finish is essentially
random, 6 attempts should be enough to get the win by chance. I think I did
192 starts. :-) That said, this setup did work; made the car much more
stable when hit. Also change oil early and often!
@th3haloeffect used your settings after trying a few tune methods scattered
around the internet, your 1 was best as i now have the gold which had so
eluded me in this tricky race, many thanks for sharing.
je rijd rondjes van gemiddeld 42.7 das erg langzaam nog steeds ik doe
rondjes van 41.3 en in slipstream doe ik rondjes van 39.9 daarnaast kijk je
niet achter je , je blokt andere racers niet erg netjes
I don't hate NASCAR huge fan. But gt5 does not know how to make a NASCAR
race if people want to play NASCAR better buy the real NASCAR games like I
have the inside line for ps3 better than gt5 NASCAR.
