rightly said by sarahjh1985 .... it's not an original show of your country, rather one of the most popular American tv show "who wants to be a millionaire".. different countries have made their versions of the show in their places respectively with the copy-writes of the original. so the style, set appearance, ideas and all the sounds are the same with the American original everywhere... the Arabic show that you are talking about is merely a copy of the original like this Indian one dear...

he's not getting nervous coz of salman.. he's nervous because he has the got the big responsibility to ensure the show is a success...but salman is not helping in any way by acting stupid and taking ages to answer. Probably one of the reasons they're not friends anymore - all due to salman's stupidity.
