+Ashley Whiteman I had the opportunity back in 2001 to buy this at a HMV store ... the problem was there was also ALIENS the deluxe edition...i still kind of kick myself to this day due to the ALIENS deluxe still being in print :'(.

well apparently there are 'copies' ie MP3 rips floating around .. but i've not turned that up yet! it is apparently on last.fm to listen too though

The UK version was released as an audio CD , and Rory Mc Farlane confirmed to me it is long out of print and there is no where to buy it. I wlil  suggest that he puts it onto bandcamp if at all possible

I say this at the start as I leave the rest of the text I typed as seen below...me thinking there is no extra source for this music other than the original VHS. However you got me wondering now.(Follows unedited and probably wrong musings of my own) I always thought its just recorded and edited from the video clips as there is alot of talking it and plus the Rory McFarlane Dub soundtrack (which is also known as the UK version) only found on the UK dubs which are not the most common thing in the world which as far as I know was ONLY ON VHS.So I heavily doubt that this is from a CD. The CD your talking about is probably the original Japanese soundtrack which is pretty normal to come across nowadays for obvious reasons is that is the original and secondly because there is not the licensing legal issues that covers the Rory McFarlane/UK Dub soundtrack. The only official source for the UK soundtrack IS the VHS and then the unofficial source which is people who rip the audio then edit it for our ears like this video. This soundtrack is greatly loved yet rare to impossible to get in the most ideal situation.
