I just want to say... I agree that Chicago needs help... Unfortunately for
you, you are making yourself look very ignorant by what you are saying.
First, it would be Illinois' governor to mobilize the Illinois National
Guard. Secondly, that is only in a state of emergency. Why not pressure the
politicians to do the right things rather than trying to utilize our
citizen soldiers, of which many have already fought overseas. You would be
asking soldiers to kill, or possibly have to kill, American citizens and
that is wrong. Call in the FBI, DHS police, or any of the other Federal
Agencies to help before asking the National Guard to go against the
Constitution and what they were sworn to do. You really should do your
homework and not post videos for the world to see. Arsenal, not artillery.

WASHINGTON, June 27 - The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that the police did
not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm, even a woman
who had obtained a court-issued protective order against a violent husband
making an arrest mandatory for a violation. You are responsible for your
own protection, do the research and you will find a lot of court cases
where they decide the police do not have to protect you. Like it or not
depending on the police to protect you is foolish.

See called in artillery to be used on Chicago. 155mm round would kill a lot
of people. What a sick O . She said several times that she wants the
National Guard to use heavy artillery on Chicago. I would say she sounds
like a terrorist.
