The officer's partner is just standing there, doing nothing about what is happening. They should have charges against them, too. You do NOT just stand back and let someone abuse a student - not when you are a police officer.

Inner city youth in America is struggling. 50% of Baltimore inner city neighborhoods are below the poverty line, most with no father at home, a mother that is overwhelmed, no purpose, no way to be productive trapped by a system that has failed them including schools and politicians. I want to help them. Purchase anything at my store and 100% of the proceeds will go to creating programs that young kids can learn to get their self respect back, give them a purpose and something they can do to provide for their families and make their dreams a reality.
