What kind of saddle is normally comfortable to you, or at least, what are you riding now? And what width is it? How long were you riding before you noticed pain in the areas you described?

I don't intend to censor and 99.9% of comments are posted. When you reply to another viewer, those comments arrive in your inbox regardless of whether or not I have read/approved them. My failure to challenge the claim in the earlier post was merely a lack of time - I don't (yet) spend my entire day mediating my youtube comments. In fact, if it's not obvious, I've greatly enjoyed my interactions with you, and feel that between the humour and the issues, it's been a positive experience. I look forward to future interactions.

+leirgauk You sent me a long comment this morning and I did send a reply but some how it got deleted and I don't know where else to reply but here. You were extremely upset about everyone calling you troll for asking about riding on the bike seat naked. My response is that it wasn't the questions about the bike seat but other comments that I thought sounded rude. But when reading and writing comments online it's always hard to tell what tone of voice someone is speaking in so its easy for several people to perceive a comment very differently than how it was meant. Your comments asking this man how much he was paid for this video and then how you thought he was patronizing you when he replied that he thought he made it clear he didn't get paid, is what I thought sounded rude when I read it. But all I can do is apologize to you for perceiving your comments as rude/troll like and for how upset you were in your long message to me. I'm also sorry for leaving a comment like this on a video that someone put time and effort into for a product they enjoy and wanted to share with others. But this video has made me want try a Spongy Wonder so I'll probably buy one in the next few weeks!

+leirgauk Thank you, I do my best to be merciful. But I feel you're leading me into a field of land mines. So, as I tiptoe around this one ... I've not seen many people change light-bulbs, but I assume, without more specific knowledge, that they change lightbulbs in the same way I do. As I can do it on my own, I generally conclude that all people, regardless of their orientations or preferences, and in the absence of physical disabilities, are able to change lightbulbs on their own.

My balls would definitely be touching steel IF I were to ride naked. But there's room for them in between the steel frames. But it's cool, 'cause I'm sort of beyond that naked bike-riding phase of my life. I'm into WW2 memorabilia now.

+leirgauk I had a hole in my shorts and can confirm that without underwear your testicles probably will touch the steel frame underneath. You also have to ensure the bolt that is used to secure the seat is not too long (you may need to resort to a hacksaw to trim the length of the bolt if the right size isn't available). I personally believe this is a design flaw and the seat really needs more clearance from the horizontal metal portion, since you replace a plastic nose with a slightly lower metal nose that can still strike in rare situations (potholes etc).

+leirgauk Sadly, I have not had the opportunity to experiment with this configuration. Without more specific details about your personal geometry, it's hard to even guess. This is likely a matter to evaluate by trial and error. Let us know how it goes.
