I'm a lawyer. I can't tell from this 3 minute clip what this man's purpose
was, apart from it seeming to be his representing a case on behalf of
someone else and wanting it to be dismissed. What is clear is that this
man is very lucky he wasn't charged in contempt of court (a criminal
offense for disrupting orderly court proceedings).
He asked questions that were clearly vexatious (designed to annoy) - they
were irrelevant to the resolution of his matter, and they were extremely
unreasonable in the circumstances (asking the magistrate for her commission
or some other proof of her authority to act - implying there was an
impostor in her position unless proven otherwise. He has stepped into a
court - what does he think?). When he asked these questions, the
magistrate - to his great fortune - chose not to respond, but he persisted
in interrupting her when she was still trying to resolve the matter with
him. At that point, she - in her wisdom - saw there was no point in
arguing with a fool.
It's clear this man has no idea of the law, how courts work or how to
achieve whatever he wanted to achieve. It seems the magistrate was willing
to help him when she asked him what he came in for. But instead he
indulged himself in 3 minutes of completely unproductive grandstanding. He
saw the magistrate withdrawing as a victory, but her withdrawal had no
legal effect - it certainly wasn't a concession that the case was over.
+MrPitBikes Maybe people became that way by reading that BS.The best and only way is by making the LAWS in Latin language where no one can "misunderstand".But we all know that Lawyers and Magistrates have a good share in this apparent fair system.
Natural law is pretty easy to work out....everything is written off of that principal...if its in anyway LAWFUL....so good luck did you have fun spending 6 years reading bullshit that was written off of two sentences???
+Sasquatch0o0o So what kind of law do you practice there in the US mate? Clearly our court systems are entirely different.....and maybe you should stick to chasing sasquatch than pretending you're a lawyer....even if you are a lawyer in the US you'd have no idea about the system of law we live under in Australia. Ie corporate law....he dismissed the case and the court attendant said all rise....he won...the case was dismissed...the judge ran away because she was out of her depth. Fact is our courts are actually businesses and DO NOT practice any actual real law. Its all corporate law which people have no part of we're not businesses. There fore they have jurisdiction over a WO/MAN....only persons!!
+Sasquatch0o0o Hmmmm..."irrelevant to the resolution of his matter"?Really?Actually and in reality i would say that it's very relevant if the wo/man "acting" as a judge/magistrate doesn't possess and provide the proof to have any "lawful" authority to make any judgement on anything then they do not have any such authority!Did you study actual "law" (common law applicable to man) or the legal system (corporate policy/rules that applies to persons/legal "entities")?Actually the case in reality doesn't exist and he/we shouldn't go to court but see when they have a "man" entrapped into a "system" (banking) that they control and do whatever they want (freeze bank accounts steal money from bank accounts under garnishee orders) then the "man" has to, by whatever means available to him, make every effort to correct the administrative error/assumption that man and person (legal entity) are one and the same and that both are subject to corporate policy (admiralty law) when man, acting in his private capacity not in commerce, is not subjected to or answerable to admiralty/commercial claims!
