@JMRG2992 Yes i watched it you seem to have the pain in the area i was
having you gotta strengthen the legs strengthen all your muscles in your
legs and hips (hips are a big issue) try the pilate side leg lift thing you
can search it up and make sure you stretch the hips as well i found the hip
to be a big issue and you seem to be talking about the groin so in that
case yes im pretty positive it's a muscle tear (imflammation) just put ice
on it hope this helps (im like 8cm off the ground lol)
@JMRG2992 Ok so i couldn't find the video all there was your guitar videos
=) basically what i think is going on here is you got a little bit of
imflammation or something similar put ice on it for 15 minutes 2 times a
day with atleast a hour between each iceing session if you dont see
improvments within two weeks lemme know and ill do some research for ya
When you stretch aim to just keep your flexibility around where it is for
the area that hurts untill its better dont put strain on the area
@JMRG2992 ya man im already healed i've just about got the side splits down
hehe this is what i did to heal i stopped stretching the area that was
hurting and instead like it stretched it but i didint go to the point where
i felt a stretch do your regular stretch routine but dont stretch so much
untill you feel pain if you start to feel the pain stop and dont go so far
know what im saying? Also ice the area no more than 15 minutes (2timesaday)

@JMRG2992 ya man i know what you mean the exact same thing happened to me
you could be the most flexible person in the world honestly but you will
lose all that flexibility in a week max sometimes i just wanna rip out
those bones and stuff out of my leg but now that would be stupid lol Hope
everything works out (btw i found that you gain flexibility back almost 2x
faster then trying to gain new flexibility) i was able to do the splits
then i wasnt but i got the flexibility back in a month =)
@bluetube147 ehm well i check that pitales things but i didn't get so far
the exercise that ineed to make xD i can't afford to waste money xD.i guess
the only exercise that can help me its the split tho, anyway stretch my
hips ? making the splits before create me a lot of hip pain which i tihnk
it was just because it wasn't enougth stretched... but i read somewhere
that hip pain its from a bad position of the pelvis and the torso, anyway
when i apply ice i can feeel a cut what does it mean?
@JMRG2992 yes i forgot to mention that when you attempt the side splits or
a side kick etc tilt your pelvis inward this means to stick your ass a
little out the reason why is because your hips are sockets and when your
leg goes sidewards without sticking the ass a little bit out the ball of
the socket stops your leg from going further causing pain and what money
lol pilates are a type of exercise you do at home 3 times a week not go and
buy lessons or equipment lol
@JMRG2992 Well could you describe the pain if it feels like something is
burning and ripping then your going to far if it feels like something is
preventing you from going further (like my hips were when attempting the
side splits) then you may just need conditioning and stretching in that
area i train in kung fu i dont know about you guys but we gotta condition
and strengthen like every little part of our body so i have a lot of
experience with pain lol
@bluetube147 well i stretch yea but not until total pain jsut a bit of
pain, but the ice can be 2 weeks later of the injury ? and use it after
stretching ? im on a hapkjido calss and we kick and yea but i don't feel
pain or at least a bit on really high kicks, but when i try to doing the
splits fuck now that's where i can feel the pain, even tho its not much its
annoying, i can make 100 grades without pain but from 140 fuck the heck it
starts on pain
@bluetube147 when i massage hard the place of the muscle tear i can feel
like niddless, when im stretching i can feel some lil burning, when i
reinjury it was something like preventing you from going futher but now
thats not the pain i feeel. i should put it ice ? also for more info about

the splits i didn't get a lot of pain tbh , the pain almost disappear when
i was down... xD, but i can't reach the splits for now im about 31 cm of
the ground, gotta work on that but slowly cuz i can feel that if i force
the muscle i can reinjury... anyway do you know any exercise to strength
the muscle... btw you saw the vid rigth ?
@JMRG2992 Thanks a lot! I always thought I HAD to do it everyday because
most of these tutorials on Youtube always say, "Do this for a MONTH." They
never really state how many times a day which is irritating. I tried doing
it everyday but I started feeling tons of pain, not knowing if it was a
good or bad thing. It helps knowing other peoples experiences.

hey i got a problem when i do this, i can reach the ground... but i have to
let my torso always on the ground, otherwise i experiment a strange hip
pain that invades my coxofemural articulation, also do you warm up to do
the splits ? also if i use force could i get a muscle tear ? and how much
will take me to do the splits if i use this steps out ?
@laskolasko well its a hard thing, u know, i used to do it constantly but
my muscle got tired as fuck and i injury even just for stand up lol.
anyway, i recommend u gotta let the muscles rest at least one day, don't
push urself and always do it close a wall u don't wanna muscle tear, good
luck and im about 20 cms now :D
@MrFlyingKicker really ? i ask to my hapkido master he said its because we
are nor flexing the entire body to the sides, he said once you manage to do
the splits, with one hand touch your rigth foot then change to the leg,
then try to reach the foot with your head and like that, that will reduce
the hip pain
@bluetube147 It's also called Isometric Stretching (I THINK! :D) Basically
you do the stretch as far as you can normally, back off a bit, then tense
and hold the muscles used (in this case, your quads), once you release the
tension, you can increase the stretch a lot more than you would be able to
normally.

i've been trying to do side splits forever with little results thinking i
just had to relax more. i did what you showed by really flexing my
hamstrings and then relaxing and it worked great. thanks for keeping me

@laskolasko yea, no problem, eheh also, remember to warm UP REALLY GOOD,
before trying the side splits, and relax ur mind, thin everyday like , im
gonna get 2 inches down today!!, and i recommend u drink a lot of water a
lot.
I've been practicing side splits for some time now and not long ago I
started to feel a pain in my hips.. it's not the same pain as when
stretching but another more stinging pain.. Is it the hip-bone? How do I
prevent it?
The chutney looks tastey. I didnt know that about Coriander being the same
thing as Cilantro. Weird. I love a cilantro glaze dressing on my salads. I
