It is funny, When I saw It coming from the east , I thought it was the #5, but it was the UP. Kind of made up for the day before. I went to Keddie Wye and all i got for my trouble was sliding down an almost verticle slope.

Great film but I wanted more. Where exactly was this stretch of track? I'd love to do this journey. Do you have any more footage around the Donner Pass area that you could post? I watched your Amtrak's Train 5 but you can't see much of the area.

Actually, from what the conductors were saying, we we're traveling behind the priorities...Freight trains that own the rail. That was the main reason we were about 4 1/2 hours late to Sacramento.
