Oh my gosh, that looks amazing! I did not expect the bananas...what wonderful surprise. Our thanksgiving has passed, and for the first time in 26 years, we are not going to San Francisco to celebrate with my brother and his family. I was thinking of doing something special here, but on the weekend, as Thursday and Friday will be regular school days. I've decided to make Cornish game hens stuffed with wild rice, and I can't think of anything better than this salad to serve with it. Hmmmm....I wonder how many of your subscribers are checking out Amazon to get a star dish like yours?

Cranberry with banana sounds like a really good combination. I think I would add a little red food coloring to help it look more festive.
