Is Marvel planning to keep Andrew Garfield to play the role of Spiderman? I personally enjoyed Toby McGuire Spiderman, and IMO he would be a better fit if Spiderman is added into any Avengers storyline. Andrew Garfield as Spiderman in the Marvel Universe is fine as well since he's the most recent version of Spiderman we are accustomed to, and so it makes sense to keep him for the sake of continuity. Hopefully Marvel will not get a whole new actor to play Spiderman in their upcoming crossover movies.

OMG YES I THINK THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!! I will really miss Andrew Garfield but him going could possibly mean that we get to see another version of Spiderman (The darker skinned one - I forgot his name). What will happen to the sinister 6 movie and the Venom one??

Andrew will be missed, he really brought the wisecracking Spidey to life. Tobey was alright for the time, but in retrospect was not that good.

I agree, and am especially curious to see how they will do Doctor Strange's origin story in the MCU. What's neat is this opens doors to other cosmic beings like Madam Web that can come into play in the new Marvel Spider-Man movies.

I also heard that a few other films were delayed because of the deal. I could be wrong though

I hope not, I'd love to see Black Panther make an appearance in an Avengers movie soon. At least Spider-Man is in the MCU.

+regishel The statue was one of a line of animated Gentle Giant Star Wars statues from 2005-2006 designed by the team who worked on Gendy Tartakovsky's Clone Wars mini series. It's called the "Animated Princess Leia Maquette". The statue is Simon's but I own one as well.-Sebastian
