Timelines are very important. I find myself NOT using any specific times in most weddings. The only thing that really matters is the time the food is ready usually. This ensures a "non rushed feel"

Ah haaaa! So that's why you don't use DJ intelligences timeline. Lolz I'm usually getting this info sync'd during the second sitdown, which is when the entire balance is due by.
