We make recipes that cater to at least one alternative lifestyle be it vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, etc. Just as with any other recipe, substitutions can be made to fine tune the dish to your liking. For instance, this recipe is gluten-free but has dairy in it. People who don't eat dairy might replace the Greek yogurt with coconut milk yogurt, or whatever they choose, and not have to sacrifice flavor. Hope this helps! :)

There are people that follow a lacto-paleo diet. It would say in the description box if this recipe were paleo, but it is not. To make it paleo, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut milk yogurt, coconut milk ice cream or other alternatives :)

They really take it up a notch. The yogurt freezes a little around the blueberry and makes for an awesome texture you wouldn't get without them. (We just bought our blueberries fresh yesterday and froze them overnight! ^_^)

A very strange movie. I can understand the popularity of this film (why it is well-respected like a classic movie), because there is a lot of interpretations and also because the movie is well made. In my case, I am torn about this movie, I don't know what to say about it, if I like it or not. But I think this movie must be view at least once.

I watched the whole documentary and OMG it was painful, but so brilliantly done, you can feel the persons pain that is filming it, so in believably sad that this can happen, I cried at parts, especially when the uncle Beat the child. T
