+Christian Gainey The San Francisco Quake was only a 6.9 while the 1994 quake near L.A was only a 6.7, You CANNOT say it's a similiar size with a 9.0 at all, Obviously the reaction would be different, If a 6.9 happens in Japan i doubt anyone will even notice it

What the hell are you talking about? A similar sized earthquake devastated San Francisco in the late 1980s and L.A. in the early 1990s and no one looted. The same thing happened during the 2003 Northeastern blackout and countless hurricanes and tornadoes in the South and Midwest and NO ONE loots.

So you don't get hit by falling object like signs. It is actually dangerous if you don't look up when going out on to street. Those signs on the wall can fall without you knowing

Some comments here underestimates it, some overestimates it. The video is taken in Tokyo, which is far away from the epicenter (like, the the distance from one end of Ohio to the other end). So, people are calm because of that. And so, no, the buildings you saw did not survive a 9.0 earthquake, though they are believed to be pretty strong. OTOH, yes, the shaking is mild in the video but if you search for video of cities that are closer, like, at Sendai, the scenes are much more dramatic.

remember that HAARP is old technology at this point, they have other newer weaponery ,perhaps even stronger and more effective than HAARP, these scalar weapons are very deadly technology.who knows,but I agree with the earlier comment on here,you cant blame everything on HAARP or scalar weapons,but it certainly is a suspicious date.the 11th

3-11-11 (322) - skull and bones logo. I hope to be wrong but 11 days later will actually be 3-22 and I fear the nuclear reactors will "accidentally" fail that day...(2 or 3 of them). I blogged about it with more detail on my page comment board. I hope I am wrong! : /

@Goodfightlads The date 11th of March is and important date to occultists, the Madrid bombings happened 11th of March. Could have been natural but weapons that can cause these earthquakes exists. There is an UN weather weapon treaty since the 1970s.
