Alright ! 2 Rhinos in the front tree ....lol....A lot of people say A.K. is
just a half day park. Those are the people who arnt stopping, and looking.
I love that park. Thanks for sharing !!...Rhino
+Rhino Rinehart Absolutely! We could spend all day there easily. I think it's nuts how every single AK video we have ever posted was about 20 minutes in length. Every single time we go in we think we won't be as long as the last time, but we alway are lol
You had the movie right, that was King Louie. :-) Good to know about the FP
for Flights of Wonder. I love that show but haven't seen it in a while.
Looking forward to Avatar land. I don't care about the movie but anything
new is good. Primeval Whirl was closed the last 2 trips I was down there. I
like it but it is painful. :-)
+The Adventures of Peas and Carrots! I was kinda surprised at Sadi's reaction on Primeval Whirl. We've talked before about how she usually gets sick on spin rides. Does Brian do ok on this one?
+Alec I also saw that online somewhere. We're going to WDW in 11 months and I think by the time we get to DHS almost everything ride wise on the left of the park will be closed from the trend I've been seeing. As long as Star Tours is still running I'll be happy :0)
Thank you Alisha! We really enjoyed it. We've been dating for 8 years and
engaged since 2005. Our anniversary was actually in February but we weren't
able to make time to leave until now. Kindness is the best accessory,
Rebecca
I didn't try to hide it (so the cast members so me with the camera) and
they didn't seem concerned. I would never do it if it went upside-down,
that would be scary. -R
That looks like so much fun I'm so jealous that you guys live so close to
Disney. How many years have you and Chris been together for? Happy
anniversary :)

Hey everyone! In this video, we talk about how we were lucky enough to be able to explore Disney's Wedding Pavilion and Fairytale Weddings! We also play in ...
I really hope I can make it to the wedding pavilion while on my program! Is
it open to the public to see or do they only let cast members in on certain
days? Sounds like it was really fun and I loved that you guys got dressed
up. Totally something I would do too haha
It was actually part of a series that cast members can sign up for! You get a weekly housing email when you're here and it sometimes has information about classes like this one! Keep an eye out for them for sure! They do the fairytale weddings spotlight twice a year so there's going to be one in the fall too :)

Tree of Life Hidden Paths in Disney's Animal Kingdom
As we talked about on this week's podcast, here is the video to the Tree of Life Hidden Paths in Disney's Animal Kingdom. Watch as we wander the paths and ...
As we talk to people and watch crowds in the Disney parks, it's our general
impression that people don't seek and find "hidden" places around Walt
Disney World. This is one of those areas. Perhaps some of them just don't
have time to seek out things because they just want to ride rides and move
on, but our passion has to be to show people that Disney Parks have so much
more to offer than just riding rides. This path is easy to find if you're
looking, but it's not "advertised" like a ride is.
Thank you for posting. My favorite place in AK. Great job except I would
have enjoyed seeing a few more of the animals that inhabit "the garden".
The Golapogos Tortoises for one, capibaras(spell), etc. Now I don't know if
they are even still there since it has been a while for me. I was also
hoping that someone, (and I really thought it was going to be you), would
get the plaque that is dedicated to Jane Goodall on film. Such a peaceful
place, isn't it? Surprizing given it's locale!
Super video! AK Doesn't get the credit it deserves for sure. My late sister
and I used to go there AT LEAST 2 days during our WDW trips. Hang out &
explore just like you did. Observe the animals. I'm still in awe of this
place. The tree is an incredible work of art. We always found it amazing,
you're in the middle of a "theme park" and you can find piece and solitude.
Thanks for posting. Haven't been since I lost my sister. Miss her & our
adventures so much:(
A friend had visited DAK 5 times and each time he returned he would say,
"There are no animals in Animal Kingdom". He would admit seeing animals in
Kilimanjaro Safaris but that was it. Finally, I went there with him and
showed him the animal exhibits in The Oasis, Pangani and Maharajah trails
and found out that he had been walking right past the exhibits without even
bothering to look left or right. What a waste.
Well said, and so true. Most people who go to AK ride the rides, watch the
parade and leave. Have heard SO MANY people say, "not much to do in AK, we
didn't even stay a full day". WHAT!!! Then it's obvious to me that they
possibly have ADD, and have NO idea what this park is about in the first
place, Animals & Nature.
There are 2 main "entries/exits." The video starts at the entrance near the
front of the park. The path wanders in and throughout the Tree of Life
(over It's Tough to be a Bug queue area) and ends at the exit of the It's
Tough to be A Bug attraction toward the backside of the Tree of Life.
The video shows you most of the path. If you start near the Pizzafari end
it takes you all the way through the middle of the park until you get to
the end of the Tough to Be a Bug exit. Thanks for the comments! This path
is so widely overlooked, spread the word, this path is awesome!
I have two beautiful parrots, a blue crowned conure & a sun conure that I
love like they were my own children. However, if Animal Kingdom would take
them and they could live their lives out in this beautiful, natural place I
would give them up in a heartbeat
You are right about taking your time and exploring DAK During our first
trip, we rushed right by "Camp Minniemickey". When we returned we found
that it was an awsome place for character meet & greets with hardly any
lines and all of the major characters.
Often people miss what is right under their noses. During our last trip in
2009 we got a picture of a very exotic-looking and very huge grasshopper
that was just out munching on a plant near Expedition Everest.
