No, I am not actually a scientist, not even in my own imagination lol...but I am a huge map geek and nerd LOL! I am very familiar with my area and its geography and history, and I often do meticulous research on the areas I plan to visit, and I try to pass on some of that information in my videos. +Peakbaggers For Cancer Yeah this is trail I was telling about that had millions of spider webs LOL. I'm probably the first person to hike in who knows how long! I also really enjoyed the hike with you, had a great time and it was a really great mountain...we left some unexplored stuff up there though, we'll have to go back some day and check it out. +Jeb & Joe Outdoors This trail is actually in a State Forest, not a park, and unfortunately camping is not allowed in any of Virginia's State Forests. There is a state park near this site that has camping. Not all state parks have campgrounds but I'd say the majority do. The best camping is in the National Forest and in Virginia Wildlife Management Areas, those generally allow open camping pretty much where ever you want.
