A) Bravo. I do live in the UK. B) US English is still English. C) Apple is indeed a US company, but my complaint was an American correcting IGN's video. Gamer1990100- "Apologizes IGN it's with a Z!". Leader is a leader. Yes this is a technology company and since his apologies would not solve anything that is root cause and issues it is pointless to user hearing apologies. They will fix the problem with solutions and then complains will stop. As a top management member in a technology company he should know that it is action that makes the difference. This apology is a sign of insecurity.

That's not overblown. Like when I uploaded to iOS 6 I was pretty upset about the new maps. Lets be honest they look like shit. The 3D images don't even work in all the cities like Vancouver. N when they do in NY the 3d doesn't even look good. They images look fake AF like computer generated not real. And theres no transit directions

This is why you don't trust a media and entertainment electronics device company with ANYTHING data-driven. Google has 15 years on them. It's easier to make cool products than to actually give a consumer dynamic and rich web services. Too bad Apple can't even make a good toaster. Oh, isorry!

I see you are from England, listen, U.S english is different than U.K english, so it's obvious that things are going to be spelled different besides, this video is about Apple (which is in the U.S) so the English they are using is correct, once again, American isn't a language.

guys this is a technology company, not the United States. It is ok if some one apologizes to their customers for messing up and Steve Jobs is not a better leader because he never apologized, he is a better leader because he never would have let this happen in the first place

yes i am a gamer, i was also an ipod owner (replaced with Zune), and i owned an apple computer (moved to Windows)... i tried the ipad at a store, and i liked the android based tablets better. i mean hell, i now own a kindle fire running Jellybean...

Overblown..I haven't had a single problem with it yet. I think it is way better than Google Maps..If there is something wrong with it..it should be updated shortly to fix the problem
