There may be some hope, On 6/08/11 the local, state & Feds raid several homes in Los Banos and arested over 75 dirt bag grease ball gang members. This is what I am talking about you MORONS with you heads in the sand, if we dont take action we will be over run, get off your lazzy asses and remove that graffiti even if its not on your property, work together and we can save this town. If you see someone who looks like a gang member late at night call the cops, lie if needed to get the cops on it!

When trying to buy a REO home asset manager has already made the deal with these cash jerks before the house was even listed, and the assett manager will take a lesser cash offer then a financed offer. We finally paid 30k over apraised value on a house to beat out a cash investers offer. They are scum, famillys dont have a chance untill the cash investers have driven up the home prices were they dont see the easy money and then famillys are back were not being able to afford a home.

Hispanic gangs Nor14 & Sur13 are distroying Los Banos, just like they distroyed my home town of Salinas, so now Los Banos is a $hit hole and getting worse. I am the ONLY person with any balls to go out and remove the graffitti in my area, ALL my other Hispanic neighboors sit on their butts and dont do anything, even when the graffitti in on their own fences !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jesus what dump we live in now.

Having spent some of my youth in Los Banos... I can tell you with certainty that these are actually some of the nicer properties... Not a single property there worth over 70K... with the exception of the frank lloyd wright home outside of town, and the Bob Beharka designed places. The place is a life sucking hole. To see that the average price went up over 300K is just ponderous....

I didn't put this video up to trash Los Banos - just to show what happened here, please be sure to read the sales stats at the end. Los Banos is a nice place to live overall, but the foreclosure situation has been insane. Please note that some of the pictures are of nice homes!

@jgreen1961 He did no such thing. Just took advantage of an opportunity that presented itself to him. Other people could have done the same thing, all it takes is a loan and a plan. Not saying it's easy to get loans anymore, but many people could manage a swap these days.

This sooo crazy I just typed in "out witnessing" just to if people really witness. And im super shocked. I'm in a ministry/bible called the brotherhood. It's just a couple of guys just hanging out and doun what jesus tells us do. We go witnessing at riverpark every satuday night. That's really clean to see you guys out here.
