Wow. "Americans" have no idea what Latino is. They answers you keep hearing is a person that is short dark and with black hair. They are describing Native Americans. The reason that these people think this way is because most of the immigration from Latin America is from Mexico, who most are mestizos (Native American/Euro mixed race) and Native Americans. But the truth is, that a Latino is a person of any race that is from a Latin language based culture. I'm a white Hispanic.

People need to realize Hispanic/Latino is not a race. There is no such thing as a Latin look. Most Hispanics in the U.S. are mestizo (white & native American) and the rest are white, black, Asian, mulatto, zambo etc. The black girl in this video who said her parents are from Panama. She might have some Jamaican grandparents or great grandparents because in the 1900's many Jamaicans and other West Indians migrated to Panama to work on the Panama canal and many of them stayed.
