its weird, some games work for game capture but most dont! Is there any
specific reason for that? Diablo 3 streams out fine but mark of the ninja
etc (steam games) arent getting captured.

Start OBS as an administrator and let me know if that works
Hey, I was just curious as to what the best way to stream it is. I have OBS
on my laptop, and I have an HD-PVR2, but i have been streaming on Xbox One
using the twitch app and my kinect. I have a turtle beach looking xbox one
wired headset with the ability to control whether the player audio or the
game volume is louder. I also, have a Blue Nessie Microphone, I dont know
if that would be of any use. I would like to have a facecam, but also be
able to have a banner, and maybe even a break screen, or music playing, but
I don't really know how to do that. Is there any chance you could give me
some advice, or tips? Or just tell me what the best and easiest way to do
all that is?

I definitely think the best way to stream is from a computer using one. All of the things you want are possible on that and you can learn most of it using my tutorials. When you stream with the built in apps from consoles it's just very basic you have no control over what the viewers are seeing other than your gameplay.As far as the equipment goes I would play around with it and see what gives you the best quality. Also whatever is comfortable for you to wear/use for hours.

Hello. So I'm very familiar with OBS. But lately no matter what the
settings, my quality on my twitch stream is slightly choppy. Internet can
handle up to 3500kbps, I can do 720/1080. Computer is definitely good on
specs, and able to run everything fine. Streaming just seems to be an
issues, thoughts or any help would be lovely :D

hello , at 6:53 OBS shows me the same warning lines , i make optimize and
the bottom last 2 lines gone but that warning first one who says : set the
base resolution to base of $1 , dont leaves , what i have to do to fix this
? help plz :(

Hey Thorcraft, I need help with OBS. When I put in the "League of Legends
(TM) Client)", I can see the Game for 2-3 seconds and then the
Picture/Stream/Video freezes. I can still play but OBS only shows a freezed
Frame. What can I do to fix the problem?

+Flero Heya, I've never actually encountered this problem personally, so your best bet would be to get the .log file (which you can get in OBS by hovering over the "Help" tab and clicking "Log Files" and taking that to https://obsproject.com/forum/list/questions-and-help.5/ and explaining the problem.They'll ask for the log file too, which lets anyone who knows how to read it figure out what went wrong with OBS.Thanks for asking, sorry I couldn't directly answer!

+Max Wass Try running OBS in Administrator mode, if that doesn't work; you might be stuck with Game Capture.When I had that issue, running it in Admin solved it.

+BottleOfCandy Funny incident actually (late response).A person was DDOSing me after I started using Twitch. Those were logs I got from my Router.The reason? Post-game Lobby, I went ahead and put my twitch stream link in chat after winning a match. (My guess anyways)
