It's about turning nothing into something. Taking piece of shit cars and turning them into beautiful machines. It's also about looking good and riding in style. Showing off your ride and how much money you put into making it look good. This style is for people who loves old school whips or cars in general.

This is how most arlington police spend their shift. Find someone to harass for half your shift. (this of course won't be some obvious thug, who might shoot them. It will be some working poor in an 8 yr old ford focus lol)Then for second half of shift sit around and complete paper work about their so called public service.
