looks like your TPS sensor is on its way out. its an easy fix and if that doesnt clear up the code 45, the next thing to check is the o2 sensor. they have been known to degrade over time and cause all kinds of nasty hiccups.

22-22-22-45-45-45-12-12-12, 22 = Throttle position sensor voltage low, 45 = Rich exhaust condition. The 12 means end or beginning of test.

I I grounded the 4 and 12 pin, turn the car to "ON" but not running. These are the codes I got. Any help...???
