It honestly may or may not, I only personally tested on the nexus tablet. Tired to google how to screen capture for your device and I'm sure you'll find the answer.

Thx it works on my tab 2 7 but i had the rab 1 10.1 before and it had s screen capture on the screen do much easier, but thank you .

no problem, i would think that capturing a screen for any android device would be the same but apparently not.

If this video doesnt work try this: 1. Hold down the menu button 2. Your recent activity will appear, click the back button (you have to hold down the menu button at all times) 3. Now click the lock button whilst still holding the menu button. 4. Let go of the menu button and lock button, you have now got your screen shot...... hopefully. 5. It should be saved in your gallery.

whenever i try doing on my galaxy ace (i have to click the home butto then the power button) it comes up with unable to apture screen try again n its soo annoying because ive tried it hundreds of times comes upo with the same thing

are u serious....i never my phone always had screen captures pictures n the gallery i could never figure how to do it ... I could always hear photo snaps when I had my phone in my pocket smh thanks

my screen shots different on my ace its the home n power button but whenever i clikc them it says unable to capture screen try again its done this loads of times now what do i do

i found a way to do it on that device its a small app on the android market/app store/playstore called webshot you can take screenshos on the web

This only works on the S2 or TouchWiz phones. This is not a feature of Stock Android Gingerbread.
