After the spectacle island build can you sunshine tides co-op into a major crafting place, which makes junk and stuff from the wasteland and vaults into weapons, ammo, materials and more?

I do have a question: where did you get ladders? I've been trying to find some for a watchtower I want to build, but I can't seem to find a mod that specifically states it has them, and can't find them buried in the workshop. I use Snap-n-Build and Homemaker as my main settlement addons.

Ah crap, I haven't played around with that yet.  I thought it was just for locking down decorations, not that it added new stuff to the game.  Thank you for the swift reply!  I adore your work, and it puts my own to shame.  You've given me the problem of trying to improve without shamelessly copying you at every turn.

Where does all your firearms and ammunition come from, and maybe with the Automatron DLC I think you should make a robot ran factory for guns and ammo/ a section of the factory to make propoganda

go to county crossing. talk to the settler. they give a mission. you can do that or kill both settlers. then go to the workshop and search it and the settlement is yours.

Remember: F1 and F2 to toggle ground collision and clipping. You may need to write this down so you don't forget it again :P Great Build btw!

+Undead Viking The toggle clipping key (F1 I believe) can be a bit tricky to use, you may need to go in and out of building mode to get it to work right.

I am captivated by those gleaming appliances, and hey, that is a beautiful stone wall fireplace there. I love those steel-grilled stair railings. Does the bathrooms have a jacuzzi?
