excelente procedimiento. Sinembargo el uso del fibro es mandatorio por cuestiones legales.

It is terrible fucking of trachea. I sincerely feel that if this patient survived for few years then he must have developed tracheal stenosis as the trachea was almost compressed and bulged inside during stoma formation. There must have occured some tracheal rings fracture. God help this operator and the kit.

that was terrible, it had to be a new resident or done in a 3 rd world country because doing a procedure like that is not acceptable in North America. Terrible!!
