Special thanks to the Rio Department of Health who took quick action upon hearing my complaint. Of course, I would have preferred not sleep in a mold infested room for 5 nights, but at least no one else will have to suffer... at least not in room 715 as the Rio Department of Health issued a summons and is forcing the Windsor Excelsior Hotel to clean up this mess!

Normally, when a guest notices something wrong he can request a replacement accommodation. I already stayed in great hotels and unfortunately also had problems but they were solved with my information at the Frontdesk. This happens! It's unnecessary to use the situation and make this the end of the world. Advice to you: Be happy!
