subsequent tests by another american source indicate that the gtr will consistantly hit 60 in 3.2 seconds, varified by gps, and dyno tested at over 530 hp,570@flywheel,there is more info out there and bae=re in mind that due to the nature of the construction of this cas engine(hand built) they are all slightly different and some will be more/less powerful than others.

Every car magazine I've read tested the GT-R between 3.2 and 3.5 0-60. SenorGreenThumb - you're a nimrod. Somehow I doubt that Road and Track, Car and Driver, Automobile, and MotorTrend are all wrong. Not to mention the GT-R is all-wheel-drive with launch control and possibly one of the most sophisticated transmissions out right now.

SenorGreenThumb you're an idiot to think that. try to do some homework before humiliating yourself. it goes 0-60 in 3.2 to 3.5 like joewg3 said. I know this shit because i have studied it over two years and my GTR gets here August 15.

while i don't care much for the vehicle itself, the person who keeps repeating that it has a "turbo v6" is wrong... the vehicle, packs a twin turbo v6. it was built with the porsche 911 turbo in mind as its performance counterpart.

I'v seen this car losing to the 911 turbo too. its a nice car,in my opinion the shape has no charecter but it is fast for its class. next time put it against the 911 turbo 1/4 mile and you'll see what i'm talking about.

brand new Z06- $74,775. brand new ZR1- $104,820. brand new GTR- $77,000. seems to be more expensive than the Z06, which has leaf springs.
