Are you sure the GTR didn't use Launch Control? I have one tuned on E85 and it is difficult to score a 10.7 without it unless you have upwards of 900+ HP.

Close race but then again the M4 has 60hp less and still manages to keep up. The M4 also looks way better, it has more character and looks like a beast.

M4 is a very smart looking car and I might even get one BUT no way does it have more character than a GTR. Also the M4 seriously lacks traction for whatever reason, doing a race from a dig it's a bitch, even twitches when you change from 3rd to 4th in the dry.

As for the M4 having more character, I don't agree. And I think the GTR has way more presence on the road than the M4. The M4 doesn't stand out enough from the standard 4 series and they are everywhere so I barely notice them. But a GTR is way more noticeable. When It comes to a daily driver though the M4 wins all day long.

+flexican77 Sorry mate I replied to Marco's original comment so not sure why it doesn't show that.They both have tunes so it could be much closer/further apart than the standard difference. Plus it's all about whp so the GTR in standard form is roughly 388awhp and the M4 roughly 325rwhp. Engine HP means shit and is only advertised to impress the buyer. But again it's irrelevant as they are both tuned. But as you pointed out its a great race as the torque and power-to-weight of these pair must be very similar.

I have seen gtr's racing and beating  veyrons, 911's, Ferrari's and Mclarens. I have never seen an M4 racing any of those!
