I noticed na mas madumi to kesa sa qualifiers routine nila. Mas tinaasan lang nila yung difficulty of execution but it's almost the same routine with different music and pacing. 0:18 Sayang yung wobbly mounting ng 1st pyramid. Na-perfect nila to ng walang wobble sa qualifications. Pero ang ganda ng dismount. Perfect timing yung flyer at mid-base sa pagbaba. 0:38 - Di ko mapigilang ulit-ulitin. I remember being so impressed with UP Pep Squad's full rewind partner stunts nung CDC 2015. But this! Rewind and landing to heel stretch agad! How did they do that?! Although let's give UP Pep credit because most sets they had then were unassisted. Also, yung 3rd from the left, is that Claire Cristobal? Di ba graduate na siya? Wala lang... If you see a tall flyer who's just as fierce as small flyers then that's definitely Claire. :D 0:45 - Ang dismount! Ang gandaaa! Sarap ulit-ulitin. Sobrang graceful. 1:01 - Anong tawag sa Toss na yun? Na-o-OC ako kasi bent yung legs. Is that supposed to be a step out double twist? 1:21 - Takteng x-out yan ni ate! Parang wala ng tomorrow! Or is that a more difficult derivative of x-out? 1:40 - Na-o-OC din ako kasi hindi uniform ang scorpion. Sana kung scorpion, scorpion lang. Kung needle, eh di needle. Anyway, I don't know if NCC rules will take out points for unsynchronization. Most flyers na nagne-needle are probably Rhythmic Gymnasts. Kaso pano naman yung mga Artistic Gymnasts, Cheerleaders and Dancers na hindi ganong flexible? Kawawa yung tatlong ate sa left, nao-OP sila. LOL. Pero sobrang goodjob sa mga nakapag-needle at the same time na-maintain ang stability nila. Most of the time, when someone trains for extreme flexibility, they lose the sufficient leg muscles needed for stable balancing (ehem FEUCS 2010-2014). Pero tang*na! Nagne-needle na nga sila, kung anu-anong magkakasunod na stunts pa ang nagagawa nila ng hindi nawawala ang stability! Halimaw ang mga babaitang ito! Hindi ko na din alam kung anong klaseng Gymnastics background ang meron sila. Acrobatic Gymnastics? Pang-Cirque du Soleil na yata sila! 2:03 - Check that dismount at the left. That's so dangerous. On a separate NU Pep Squad video, someone already told me that it's perfectly safe kasi salo naman daw ng base yung shoulder and hips ng flyer. But for this one, muntik ng mag-slip yung hawak ng mga base sa flyer na nag-dismount. Poor girl! Her head is pointed towards the grounds already. Buti sana kung Front somersault at nakatalikod na siya sa ground as she descends. Pero hindi eh, nakapoint talaga siya sa ground nung pababa. That should be discouraged. I wish the coaches and NCC organizers are reading this. Someone's life is at stake. 2:10 - Ang panget nung double twisting toss sa gitna. Heheh sorry. Copy paste ko nalang yung sinabi ko sa NCC qualifiers video. Di magkadikit yung legs at feet ng flyer tapos hindi perfectly straight from torso to legs, while twisting mid-air. Supposedly dapat nag-pa-pike form lang ang flyer kapag pababa na sila sa ere at sasaluhin na ng bases. I always admire NU Pep Squad pero, pagdating sa double and full twist toss, UP Pep Squad pa rin ang pinakamagaling. Form breaks are given deductions under FIG-CWC rules which they follow; which is why of many squads in the country, UP Pep Squad is the most serious about perfection of form. As in when a flyer is thrown upward, you see this beautiful lines that's just so graceful. Though I don't know how strict is ICU-NCC criteria pagdating sa form breaks. Yung Pike double twist are also not in perfect forms. The feet aren't stuck together. Some of them legs are wobbling while doing the twists. Overall, wala pa din makakapigil sa NU Pep Squad from NCC to UAAP CDC. Although they have to watchout because whoever's placing first-runner up, the score gap is getting smaller and smaller every year. I'm also wishing this team to join the ICU-Elite level competition already. They're long overdue.

Congratulations NU Pep Squad. let's pray (if ever) for ICU 2016. Go Team Philippines Cheerleading.

OMG! Ang N.U pala ay nang gagaya lang ng stunts at pyramids SINCE 2013 pa! Nanggaya sila ng stunts sa ADMU, UST, FEU at ATENEO!
