GH is after rate and giving this show more views, now they seeing that ever polls out there keep asking for another Carly and Sonny reunion. They go with the higher amount of the vote that will help rate this show. Maurice loves working with Vanessa no lie there, but he also said that he love working with Sarah, Tamara,Kelly Maura, Laura, Lisa, Bryan and so on.... Actors/Actress always say that about each other. Maurice only plays what he is given. If Carson fan can help give up more rate is all that they care, having more money in their pocket. Anyway, time will if GH is only joking about another Carson reunion.

But there are a lot of diehard Brenda and Sonny fans and Maurice Benard even said he didn't want another Carson pairing so I think they are teasing you all and hr loved to work with Vanessa. True, & that my point lol. Not everyone will agree with everything that the writers write cause we all know that it's impossible to please every fan. But at the end, there is Brenda and Sonny lover the same way how there is Carson lover. You may not like them but many other people do otherwise they weren't going to make the SUPER COUPLE list in Soap History. They may not have Chemistry to you or you may find them boring, but it's really not the case for many others. Lots of fans are still rooting for them, including me so I guess that's why they writer is putting them back again.

I have been watching GH for a long time as well, I'm not a new fan of this show. Yes, there had/have been changers by many other writers, but at the end of the day, it's still fun cause it all just a soap drama. A new writer will come in and they allow to change things up a little bit. That's the beauty of of new writers. We can't always like or accept everything that they bring us, but we either deal with it or stop watching until something that we like do come around.

When Brenda and Sonny got together, there was a woman writing for Gh. By 97, Guza took ovet and you can tell the difference. Brenda was Never weak and Sonnys business was never too much for her lol. Brenda was all about the truth but learned later that in this business, some things could not be told. Carly was like a child in a candy store. She just hyped up the big bad mobsters never understanding the seriousness of it all. To her it was a game. The bad guys went down. Brenda got how serious it was and how dangerous Sonny could be but she loved hom anyway. She ead not another lover lol. She is and always will be the one. With a better writer whi has respect for gh history, brenda and sonny could get tge happt ending they deserve.

Brenda came back at one point in Sonny life when he & Carly were still together and Carly told him that he can go to Brenda if he wants, Sonny said he doesn't want Brenda. Carly is his life. There is a story that GH is trying to say here with Carly and Sonny. Although Sonny met Brenda first, but Brenda is just one of Sonny's lover, not his soul-mate. Sonny and Carly are One In The same in every way. The writer didn't really mess everything up for Sonny and Brenda cause they did try to make those two work when she came back and they got married, but yet again Brenda left cause of Sonny's business.

+Maximum Babee what I am saying is the writers ruined Sonny and Brenda period and CarSon was a hot mess and on wayyy too long if you ask me. plus I am a diehard SnB fan and been watching gh since a child in the early 80s so as a long time fan I can kind of tell when the writing changed and not for the better. The turned my show into the CarSon show. Ruined other characters to pump them up. They didnt do that with SnB. What they had was real and it wasn't just their show. The had friends together. Not just Them against the world as if they were so superior and high and mighty and everbody better bow to them or else lol. Please. How unreal. I stopped watching from 01 til 05 when LW took over cause I was not a fan of TB and missed SJB as Carly and when TB took over it went hill from there. Smh.

So if the writers were going to make Brenda and Sonny all of what they make/making Sonny and Carly mean that the writers will be right? But since they are doing it with Carson mean that they don't know what they're doing. Is that it?

She told hom years ago that she didn't care that hr was in the mob and would have gone with him all the way. Um it was Sonny who left her at the altar to protect her. That is the Sonny I know. As years went by, Sonny became unrecognizable. By the time Carly came in Sonnys life Guza was running the show. That says a lot. There was no consistency with characters. There was No Way Carly would have betrayed Jason with Sonny. No as firece as she loved that man. Again they didn't know how to write for Sonny and Brenda. They ruined my favorite couple for CarSon and that is why I can never get with them. But I can see how you would like them and understand that you gotta love the bad and the good but again you should only bring out the best in a person. Brenda was a good influence on sonny. She was right, Sonny used to stand for something. That is what made him stand out above other mobsters. Now, lol you can't tell and he has gone down since getting involved with Carly. With Brenda he was smart, savy. Hard to get it but now he us sloppy. The sonny I know would never just shoot AJ and Brenda would Never enable that period.

See where you coming from, but in order to love someone fully, you got to be able to love their bad side as well, not just the best. And that's what the whole Carly and Sonny writing is about. Carly and Sonny are full with trouble, hurting other people to get what they want. Selfish, manipulative and so on. Both also Sonny and Carly also had a very bad childhood, but like I said "I also used to like Brenda with Sonny", just that they don't have much in common. Brenda never wanted her son to be apart of Sonny's life style while Carly didn't mind at all, matter of fact she even had children with the man.

Um not true. Brenda was ride or die. The writers have made her into something she is not cause THEY are a CarSon lover. YucK! Nope. Brenda was down dont get it twisted and brought the Best in Sonny not the worst. So Carson can go somewhere.
