I was so excited to see your three new videos. I have subscribed to you as well as the dr.'s channels, as you gentleman provide the most interesting ones. Hey Russ...I have to say I am a somewhat reluctant follower of your videos (its like watching some kind of greasy train wrekc in slow mo) but, of their type, your videos are the best and I like the choices of music. I have to say though (and if you naturally have really greasy skin this may not work) have you tried simple/olay liquid mosturising soaps? Also splashing cold water on your face after a hot bath/shower closes the pores and discourages keratin build up which occurs with open pores.

Stay in place longer & then u don't have to worry about the camera being right. A lot of the good ones pop at the loop on the end an that gets cut out of shot a lot. I whish u wouldn't skip around juat move up or sideways cuz theirs huge ones you miss. my comment is for the ones I've watched sofar. My fav parts are around your nose? & in your whisker area too. But u only do 1 or 2 quick shots. Your the only I've found that does the marathons and they r calming to me. Ty

Now put the RESULTS on a slide under the microscope and see what you find. Hitting the "stuff" with some Methylene blue gram stain after is the ticket because it changes color according to what biological property it is touching.. What you find is AMAZING! from Demodex mites that our body PRODUCES to eat extra sebum and keratin to bacteria to pollen to... all sorts of stuff anyway. Try it! I do for a family member -- I'llo put up one of my vids so you can see.

Yes, I know. Somehow I think sometimes about Helen Schucman and about her amazing talent to write such a wonderful, divine book like "A Course in Miracles". "A Course in Miracles" is THE book in which I feel most understand. I mean, to me it is perfect. I read the book in english and german, but I clearly prefer english.

I wish I had a high magnification camera or mirror to do this to myself. I don't really know what I could use to open my pores more though. I guess I could use the steam feature on an iron if I hold if far away enough from my face so that I don't get burned.

how often do you wash your face? with water? with soap? do you use any acne medication? is it genetic or is there any condition you think you might be suffering from/have been diagnosed with? lastly, is the pinhead effective, 50%? 75%? 90%?

Yes! --- I know just what you mean ------- if I play that game too close to bedtime, I keep hearing that shapeless tune, over and over again when I'm trying to fall asleep. Sometimes I even keep seeing those little squares moving, too!

As far as I can remember, in "A Course of Miracles" is nothing written about skin problems as such. To me it is clear, GOD loves me, loves everyone with and without skin difficulties. But I feel closer to GOD without hurting the skin.
