Made them as well. Placed in freezer for about 90 minutes and they were fine. I believe it's recommended to leave them overnight in freezer if you wish. But 90 mins was good enough.

Just made these except for i dipped them in the flour, then egg, then crumbs, then egg, then crumbs and it helped a lot because the cheese didn't go through the breeding. And I also sprayed the sticks with Pam before I baked instead of butter to make them crunchy. They turned out great!!
