I've lived within a couple of miles of here for my whole life and have had a few dodgy moments on the causeway myself so I'm not sure why people would think it's fake. It's Scotland and it's February - only a complete fool would brave the water there for a few moments of Youtube "fame" and the older lady looked a little too long in the tooth to care for taking a freezing cold dip for others' amusement. You'll note the seaweed on either side of causeway - slippy stuff when it's wet!

its a fake there is no baby the woman is more worried about the bag what people will do to try and make a buck this is the worst way of using a video with so called kids no one helps any child and they walk away quite happy never would they be like that if you just picked a baby out the sea the people in this video should not have kids if thats what they will do to get on the box or papers what more are they capabile of scum

Looks like a scam to me as no pram is heavy enough to pull a person in. No doubt a claim for a crises loan, or something along those lines will be submitted in due course, as well as a clain for no signs warning them in take your choice. They look like a bunch of Romanians who got caught out by the rising tide. Even the guy in the black jacket who runs back is clearly Romanian. I, personally don't think this is fake, she just got confused by the rising tide that's all. Whoever was filming this, knew the tide was coming in fast -REALLY fast. Loads of people get into difficulty there.

Looks like the poster used a telephoto lens, with plenty of people between themselves and the woman who fell in, almost looks as if it was taken for a tv show where viewers post their fails ? The woman was right on the edge of the water and "fell" in, maybe read the warning signs and cross during low tide ?

Guys if you look the person filming had to zoom in quite alot, so he must of been pretty far away I doubt that he would have made it to the woman in time. Also people were already coming to help her so there was no point in walking all the way over when she clearly didnt need help anymore.

I don't know what it is with them. But it's always foreigners. When I have been coming back and the tide is coming in, and the water is almost over the path. They still keep going over to the island. Are they just a bit thick maybe?

Just happening to be recording at that exact moment, that I can accept as coincidence. But when you start to zoom in the exact moment she walks over the edge. Suspect. It wasn't a baby anyway, that kid must have been at least 2 1/2!

the police have really clamped down on it now. supposively its all fenced off now and u have to park on the road.. but bikes can still get in.. but police are often up there giving out the 'ittle yellow slips' but shud wear helmet atleast m8 ...
