That's what they had codified in the KUBARK Manual and this is, of itself, a limited hangout. A lot worse techniques than those were developed and used. Cameron did a lot of these Nazi-type experiments on little children. They even had top officials go and rape children and they'd videotape it all in secret, to use it as a lever for blackmail.

@lmollot i was targeted out of a very middle-class educated family, they'll go after anyone i guess, but they probably have some reason for not trying harder to kill me. they have made many attempts on my life maybe they are just fascinated with how long they can torture me and poison and gas, set me up with murderers etc, and i just dont die. rasputin was like that. before they killed him. but i totally get what you mean, i'm still trying to get my mind around this - targeted brutally as a babe

@dbootsthediva they aren't keeping anyone safe tho. it's not a good cause, it's an excuse to molest children, torture people, and any other thing that will satisfy their gross cowardice. that's how this insanity starts- envy and cowardice uncorrected. very basic flaws that turn into big open wounds in the soul. they are deluded into defiling themselves. it's hard to understand. but they are now bringing China and Russia down on our heads as they have been trying to do forever - how's that safe?

I believe the speaker mentions that it's not a real photo though he alludes to a group of photos. However the obvious part is the four superimposed text boxes, strain all urine hand written card identical duplicate, the little tag on the bottom left is simply superimposed. Also the rope or whatever is behind the child is either superimposed behind the child, or completely added to the picture. It also appears that this is not the original background and the shadow behind said rope is added on.

@truthtofind it was started to try and nullify and discredit witnesses, like myself, i'm also being gangstalked. i know for sure we all could have been targeted way back when my parents were going to Cornell, one of the offending schools. they targeted us before we were born. most people on the earth have trauma and a lot have buried traumas and missing childhoods because of these monsters. but they target ordinary people too, using any stupid excuse, to confuse the facts, disguise the crime.

(c) Another thing are feedback loops with PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING. That's how you come to believe your mind is read. The creeps know how the target thinks and speaks, so they just have to transmit plausible "thoughts" into him/her, and then give replies, even introducing little discussions (in loops). If this is well done, the target will come to believe he/she is having a real mental talk with whoever. All baloney, using predictive AI systems. Always keep your head ABOVE these situations.

(cont) A person who has good morals is immune to any sort of "mind control" programs. The govt learned MKUltra only worked on people with poor morals or wishy-washy morals. A person is immune to this by staying calm and sticking with kindness, 100% honesty, non violence, and having love for all people. These guys are gearing up for a time when all social control will be perpetrated through these techniques. It's ONE of the reasons why your cities are all saturated with EM tech. The idea is to actually have a time when whole populations can be programmed this way. And step out of line, you'll be fried with EM. Of course it's also soft kill, by just being there. Mass eugenics, for a soft kill depopulation. Unless this is stopped, most people alive today WILL die of cancer.

The term "mind control" is actually incorrect grammar. What they mean is "advertising" that people can be advertised by constantly showing them cool products to buy. It's all money driven for higher profits. The old "mind control" programs that Dr Colin refers to is extremely rare and almost impossible to do. It involves keeping a person at a hospital with loads of LSD and barbiturates for months, while playing a repeating tape recorder making some statement or another. .

Yeah you're right. However I've been doing graphic design for more than 12 years and I've photoshopped my share of pictures, so you could say I have a bit of a sixth sense for that and to me it's photoshopped with a 95% certainty (without doing pixel by pixel analysis). And coupled with the speaker acknowledging that that image may not be a real one I think it's pretty solid reasoning. But does not expose any fraud on the part of the speaker due to the acknowledgement.

(a) I don't believe for a minute they can scan your thoughts. What they do is they have AI systems to scan your brain activity, by areas, and also to study your reactions (eyes, movements, what you say and how you say it, etc.) They also surveil everything you do, at home, work, on the web, and elsewhere. Study a person for enough time, compute that in a matricial system and you get a pretty accurate portrait of his/her way of thinking and acting. Predictive systems.

Hmm. Your reasons make sense, but the center top text box I thought could be an explanatory caption for a book/article. Also the two 'strain all urine' boxes aren't identical, the 'A' in the second line is further to the right in the right box. The lower left text box does look superimposed, but I don't know why or for certain if it is. The rope looks a little clunky and I can't tell about the shadow. You're probably right, but I still can't see it for certain.

Interesting that Emory is one of the universities that have been historically connected to CIA and military mind control research. One member of a very large number of people who have been stalking me in the real world for no apparent reason, is studying psychology or psychiatry at Emory. Is the stalking just coincidental social harassment, or was it instigated as part of a formal program? I'd certainly like to know.

And yeah, they can manipulate organic feelings, transmit sound and image into your mind, and that way try to shape your thought patterns. This is when these guys started experimenting on ELF psychotronics, to inject sound and image into people's minds and electronically harrass them, by "frying" them with EM machines. This means attacking so as to cause pain, burns and all the rest, but also manipulating the metabolism, the way the person feels, organically, etc.

How are you able to tell that it's fake. I've made a perfunctory effort to locate the original source of that photo and couldn't. I'm not going to go out of my way though. I'm suspect of it just because I couldn't find an originating source. But I don't perceive anything in the photo making it obvious that it's a fake.

Tin foil hats help to ground out the remote waves that the C.I.A. is using. Do not i repeat do not forget to put a long tip on the top of the hat. About 6 inches is good enough. Also a long wire running from the hat to the ground. This is important to ground the waves to the earth. I hope this helps.
